I never liked fast food chicken or any type of chicken cooked outside of home. But I can definitely do Hart's Fried Chicken. That's the only chicken joint I like. But depending on when you go it will be a long line or a wait on the order.
I'm not a local, so maybe there's better nearby, but my spicy chicken fingers were hot, juicy, and full of flavor. The potato salad was awesome, and I could taste every green bean and piece of bacon in those beans, and just enough kick to wake your nose up a bit, I thought they came out of my wife's kitchen.
I was sitting in lobby waiting. My food was on counter. Young lady everyone but mines. We enjoyed our visit! The staff was very nice. We explained that this was our first visit based on a recommendation. We received friendly service, hot & cold DELICIOUS food!! Everything had a great taste & was well seasoned! I'll definitely be returning! This is a quick food restaurant with both dine & take out options. There are several locations in Mobile & Saraland.
We don't have a HFC where i live so I always visit whenever I am in Mobile. Its as good as I remember! This was one of our favorite places to eat as a child, being an adult now its not different. I can't wait to get back home and grub down.

The Chicken was very good. The potato salad was really tasty and didn't even have any eggs in it! I usually like eggs and mustard in mine but Hart's hit the spot.
